Hi Wendy,
I caught the hoarder program for the first time this past Monday. I felt bad for the guy as it seems he is much sicker mentally which may be a cause for the hoarding. I know it is hard to believe that someone would never pick up their mess, dirty dishes, etc., but watching this kind of made me sad and sick to my stomach. Sure encourages one to clear out unused stuff that collects.
I also like to watch "clean house" when I can catch it.
That's my opinion, how about you?
Maggie

I was happy to see that he has made a good friend because I felt he was very lonely. I think this will help him keep the apartment clean(er) since he may enjoy having company come to visit. It's very hard to know how things will turn out since there's so much more to hoarding than just collecting stuff.

Thanks for reading, Maggie!
